HOW TO MAKE AN ONLINE RETURN

Eligible items can be returned in line with our policy, within 14 days of delivery for all orders. All online orders purchased from www.bardotjunior.com must be returned to the Bardot Online Warehouse Only. If your return or exchange is eligible and meets our return conditions, please email hello@bardot.com along with your order number to request a returns authorisation number and include the following information;

• order number
• name on order
• style code
• colour
• size
• return reason code (as outlined on packing slip)

Returns or exchanges received without a returns authorisation number will be returned to the customer at their cost.

Items assessed to be faulty may be eligible for a full refund or replacement. For information regarding assessment and return of your faulty item, please email hello@bardot.com for a returns authorisation.
